Bio

Matt is a Director and based in the US. Matt joined Portico in 2019 and has been involved in multiple cross-border sell-side processes, buy-side mandates, and committed acquisition financings representing more than $5 billion of Enterprise Value. His select deal experience at Portico includes Inventory Command Center’s sale to J.D. Power, KEEPS’ recapitalization by SSM Partners, and Alessa’s sale to Tier1 Financial. Prior to joining Portico, Matt served as Vice President in the Global Industrials Group at Barclays and began his career as a management consultant at Towers Watson. Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, where he was a four-year member of the varsity baseball team. He also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
