Tara Flanagan Bio

Tara Flanagan is a Partner and the Chief Compliance Officer at PJT Partners, based in New York. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Ms. Flanagan was the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for the US operations of RBS’s Corporate & Institutional Banking division. Prior to RBS, Ms. Flanagan spent nine years at Barclays Capital, where she held a variety of roles building and supporting compliance programs relating to the investment banking and research departments. Ms. Flanagan held previous roles within the compliance department at Societe Generale and within the legal and M&A departments at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Flanagan received her JD from Fordham University and her BA from University College Cork.
