Shirish Joshi Bio

Shirish Joshi is a Partner focused on Capital Structure Advisory & Liability Management at PJT Partners, based in London. Before joining PJT Partners’ predecessor firm, Blackstone, in 2007, Mr. Joshi worked in the European Special Situations Group of Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Joshi began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Mr. Joshi studied finance at the Brigham Young University and did graduate studies in law & accounting at the London School of Economics.
