Roland Phillips Bio

Roland Phillips is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Phillips was a Partner at Centerview. Prior to joining Centerview in 2012, he was a Managing Director at UBS and head of its European Consumer Products & Retail team. Mr. Phillips has spent his entire professional career working with global consumer products companies and has been based in New York and London. He has advised many of the world’s leading companies and brands on strategic M&A transactions. He has structured celebrity endorsed acquisitions and numerous transactions for both corporates and private equity firms. Mr. Phillips received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
