Peter Chang Bio

Peter Chang is a Partner at PJT Partners, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Chang spent 18 years at Morgan Stanley, with the last 13 years based in Hong Kong, where he served as a senior M&A banker and COO of the Asia-Pacific Investment Banking Division. Mr. Chang has advised clients and led transaction teams across all major industry sectors throughout Greater China, Korea and Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. Mr. Chang received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
