David Tcholakian Bio

David Tcholakian is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group responsible for Consumer Products & Retail sector coverage. Mr. Tcholakian joined PJT Partners from J.P. Morgan where he led their Consumer Products Investment Banking business. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Tcholakian spent 20 years at UBS where he held similar leadership roles. Mr. Tcholakian has extensive experience advising corporate clients, financial sponsors and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of M&A and capital-markets transactions. Mr. Tcholakian graduated with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and earned his MBA from the Wharton School.
