Daniel Lee Bio

Daniel Lee is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Lee worked in the investment banking divisions of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley where he advised clients across multiple industries in mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and activism defense mandates. Mr. Lee graduated cum laude from Northwestern University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received his JD from NYU School of Law.
