Brendan Panda Bio

Brendan Panda is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Panda was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore. While at Evercore, he was primarily responsible for client coverage in the aerospace, defense and government services sector. Prior to joining Evercore, he was at Lehman Brothers for 8 years where he advised on a broad range of M&A and financing transactions in the aerospace, defense and government services sector. With more than 24 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Panda has an extensive track record of advising a broad range of aerospace and defense companies and private equity firms. Mr. Panda holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
