Ben Monaghan Bio

Ben Monaghan is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London, focusing on clients in the oil and gas sector globally. Mr. Monaghan has 30 years of energy sector experience, including 20 years at JPMorgan, most recently as leader of their consistently top-ranked Europe, Middle East and Africa energy investment banking team. Immediately prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Monaghan gained relevant experience in industry as the Chief Financial Officer of a listed upstream company. Mr. Monaghan has advised on numerous landmark transactions in the energy sector and has significant experience in M&A, equity and debt financings. He received an MA and a BA in Russian and French from the University of Cambridge, UK.
