Bio

Eduard van Wyk is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London. Prior to joining PJT, Mr. van Wyk was the Co-Head of EMEA Industrials at Goldman Sachs in London, having joined as a Managing Director in 2011. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. van Wyk was the Head of Transportation & Infrastructure for EMEA at Deutsche Bank and prior to that worked in the Global Industrials team at HSBC, focusing on Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure. He started his career in law and spent time working in the M&A departments of Edward Nathan & Friedland (Johannesburg) and Clifford Chance (London). Mr. van Wyk holds an MSc degree in Finance from London Business School, BCom (cum laude) and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria and a Higher Diploma in Company Law (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
