Bio

Chris Pasko is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in Boston. Mr. Pasko advises clients in the technology, advertising, BPO and IT services industries. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Pasko worked at Blackstone for eight years, serving as a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Advisory. Before that, Mr. Pasko spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley, during which time he founded the firm’s Boston office. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pasko has advised on over 200 completed transactions. Mr. Pasko currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Wellesley College and the Board of Directors of USA Track & Field. Mr. Pasko holds a BA in Economics from Williams College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
