Kevin Jakuc is a managing director and member of the Piper Sandler services & industrials investment banking team. He has more than 10 years of experience across the full range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on the business and industrial services sectors. His transaction experience includes M&A advisory, private equity placements, debt financings and public equity offerings. Before joining Piper Sandler, Jakuc spent two years at a boutique investment banking firm working on both M&A and private equity placements. Prior to his investment banking experience, Jakuc spent eight years working for two privately held chemical companies specializing in a variety of roles, including sales, marketing and management. Jakuc graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
