Joe Denham Bio

Joe Denham is a managing director in the Piper Sandler restructuring group, TRS Advisors. Denham has more than 12 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients in corporate transactions and restructurings. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Denham was a managing director and a member of the founding team of TRS Advisors who joined in 2018. Before that he was a member of the restructuring advisory business at Rothschild. Prior to joining Rothschild's restructuring practice in New York, he worked in M&A advisory with Rothschild London, and prior to that with Ernst and Young. Denham holds a first class Master's Degree in economics from Edinburgh University and is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
