Jean Hosty Bio

Jean Hosty is a managing director in the debt capital markets group at Piper Sandler. She is focused on executing financing transactions across all debt products including bank debt, subordinated debt and mezzanine debt. Hosty has more than 15 years of investment banking experience across a full range of investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and restructurings. Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 2010, Hosty was a member of the restructuring and special situations, and retail and consumer products teams at Macquarie Capital Advisors. Hosty graduated from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service.
