Dustin Mondell is a managing director in the Piper Sandler restructuring group, TRS Advisors. He has been instrumental in a diverse selection of complex transactions including restructurings, mergers, reorganizations, workouts, exchange offers, divestitures and management led buyouts. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Mondell was a managing director at TRS Advisors, having joined in 2020 after nearly two decades with Rothschild's restructuring group where he was a founding member. Mondell holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with honors from the University of Chicago.
