Chris Clark Bio

Chris Clark is a managing director in the Piper Sandler services & industrials investment banking group. He is involved in a full-range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory and private equity-backed transactions. Clark joined Piper Sandler in 2013 through the acquisition of Edgeview Partners. Prior to Edgeview, Clark was an acquisition officer for the St. Louis Equity Fund, an equity investor in multi-family residential and commercial real estate transactions. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington & Lee University, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
