Bob Lauria Bio

Bob Lauria is executive vice president of Piper Sandler Finance, LLC and managing director in the debt capital markets group at Piper Sandler & Co. He is focused on executing financing transactions across all debt products, including bank debt, subordinated debt, mezzanine debt, public and private high yield bonds, as well as regular way exchange offers. Lauria joined Piper Sandler from Cowen Group, Inc., where he was a director in the debt capital markets group. Before joining Cowen, he was a vice president at Moelis & Company and an associate at Lehman Brothers. Prior to Lehman, Lauria held various positions in the investment banking division of KeyBanc Capital Markets.
