Alex Bondroff Bio

Alex Bondroff is a managing director in the financial services group at Piper Sandler, where his responsibilities include focusing on a broad range of strategic advisory matters. Previously, he was a vice president in the investment banking group at Sandler O’Neill. In his roles as part of the investment banking team, Bondroff has assisted clients on over $15 billion in merger & acquisition transactions and in the issuance of over $3.5 billion of debt and equity capital. Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill, he worked as an associate at Boenning Scattergood, a regional investment bank. Bondroff holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Delaware.
