Adam Gunther Bio

Adam Gunther is a managing director and member of the Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking team. He has more than 15 years of experience in the full range of investment banking activities, including sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, public and private equity and debt financings, and merchant banking investments. Gunther focuses on healthcare technology, technology-enabled services and ancillary healthcare services verticals. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Gunther worked with the healthcare corporate finance team of John Nuveen & Co., where he specialized in providing M&A advisory services to non-profit healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems, long-term care groups, provider organizations and healthcare payers. Gunther graduated from Colorado College with a bachelor’s degree in American political economy.
