Tosh Dhanalal is a managing director at Piper Sandler focused on providing capital raising and merger & acquisition advisory services to multichannel brands and retailers. During his career at Piper Sandler, Dhanalal has worked on over 75 capital raising and advisory-based transactions for brands including Arhaus, Casper, Comoto Holdings, Deliv, Modani, Regent Holdings, Restoration Hardware and Wayfair. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Dhanalal worked in strategy in the financial services industry and investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. Dhanalal received a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
