Robert Kendrick is a director and member of the diversified industrials and services investment banking group at Piper Sandler. He is involved in a full range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory and private equity-backed transactions. Kendrick’s transaction experience spans a variety of industries, including business and industrial services, logistics/route-based services, distribution, engineered products, specialty manufacturing and building products. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Kendrick worked as a senior civil engineer at Brown and Caldwell, a large civil and environmental engineering firm, where he managed a variety of time-sensitive projects for some of the largest governments and municipalities in the U.S. Kendrick earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest University, where he graduated with distinction and the highest GPA in his class, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina. He is also a CFA Level II Candidate.
