Kimberly Tung Wasley is a director in the consumer investment banking group at Piper Sandler. In her role, she focuses on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to restaurant companies. Wasley has over ten years of consumer investment banking experience, having successfully completed over 40 M&A, equity and debt transactions for both private and public companies. Wasley received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
