Kevin Raesly is a vice president at Piper Sandler focused on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies, with a focus on food and beverage, as well as nutritional supplements. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Raesly was a vice president at Demeter Group, where his responsibilities included M&A as well as providing strategic and financial advisory services to consumer companies. He started his career as an investment banking analyst and associate at North Point Advisors. Raesly has more than nine years of consumer transaction experience, having successfully executed numerous M&A and capital raise engagements. Raesly graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management, where he was also a member of the men’s varsity lacrosse team.
