Graham Kauffman is a vice president at Piper Sandler, focused on providing investment banking and M&A advisory services to consumer companies, with a focus on food and beverage, as well as nutritional supplements. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Kauffman was an analyst with Duff & Phelps Securities, where his responsibilities included providing M&A and financial advisory services to consumer companies. Graham has seven years of consumer transaction experience, having successfully executed over 20 M&A, capital raise, and strategic advisory engagements. Kauffman graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of South Carolina, where he was also a member of the men’s varsity swimming and diving team. He earned a master’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University.
