Demetrios Hadgis is a managing director in the equity capital markets group. He is responsible for the origination and execution of equity offerings for clients in the financial services sector. Previously, Hadgis was a managing director at Sandler O’Neill + Partners, LP., where he was part of the firm’s capital raising group and was responsible for executing capital raises across all product lines for financial institutions. Hadgis has led the execution efforts of initial public offerings (IPOs), at-the-market offerings (ATMs), follow-ons, confidentially marketed follow-ons (CMFOs), registered directs (RDs) and private investment in public equity transactions (PIPEs). He has also advised on denovo and private equity transactions. Hadgis has book-run more than 160 deals for financial institutions, including the $1.7 billion IPO for Corebridge Financial, Inc. and the $1.2 billion standard conversion for Capitol Federal Financial, Inc. Hadgis received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
