Bio

Dave Hatch is a managing director in the investment banking group. Previously, Hatch spent six years with Edgeview Partners prior to its acquisition by Piper Sandler. Hatch previously served as an associate in the Chicago office of CapitalSource, where he was a member of the corporate finance group and participated in multiple leveraged buyout transactions. Prior to joining CapitalSource, Hatch was an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at William Blair & Company in Chicago. Hatch earned a bachelor’s degree with high honors in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. During graduate business school, he served as a summer associate for Gulf Stream Asset Management in Charlotte.
