Casey Chopek is a director in the Piper Sandler diversified industrials & services investment banking group. He is involved in a full-range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory and private equity-backed transactions. Prior to Piper Sandler, Chopek worked in the middle market advisory group at Lazard and the consumer & retail investment banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, executing a variety of M&A, equity and debt transactions. Chopek earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Guilford College with high honors and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
