Caitlin Powers is a vice president in the chemicals & materials group at Piper Sandler. Previously, she was a vice president at The Valence Group and has 6 years of M&A advisory experience. She began her career in investment banking at Bryant Park Capital. Powers earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
