Sara Buckley is a managing director in the financial sponsors group. Buckley has more than 17 years of investment banking experience and has completed numerous M&A, equity and debt financings for private equity and corporate clients. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Buckley was a managing director in the consumer & retail group at KeyBanc Capital Markets covering the apparel, personal care and cosmetic sectors. Earlier in her career, she rose to vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co., moving on to Moelis & Company as a senior vice president. Buckley received her Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School, her Master of Science statistics from London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Smith College.
