Bio

Greg Klancher is a managing director in the Piper Sandler technology group and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Klancher has more than 12 years of investment banking experience and has completed a variety of capital markets and advisory assignments for technology companies. Prior to joining the technology group, Klancher worked in the equity capital markets group at Piper Sandler, where he originated and executed over 100 equity transactions for growth-focused companies across product types—IPOs, follow-ons and URDs. Klancher graduated from Macalester College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.
