Bio

Dave Armour is a managing director in the debt capital markets group of Piper Sandler & Co. He is responsible for advising on debt capital markets transactions and executing financings across all debt products, including bank debt, subordinated debt and mezzanine debt. Armour joined Piper Sandler from Antares Capital where he was a senior vice president and team leader, responsible for managing a team of credit professionals and leading all aspects of deal execution, underwriting, structuring and negotiation. Prior to Antares, Armour was a senior vice president with Jefferies leveraged finance group, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Armour received an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences from Tufts University, and is a CFA® charterholder.
