Bio

As a founding member of Pinecrest, Wes Romanowski serves as a Vice President. In his position at Pinecrest, Mr. Romanowski is responsible for overall transaction process management and execution support, deal sourcing, and various other financial advisory services. Prior to joining Pinecrest, Mr. Romanowski worked at KPMG in the Financial Due Diligence Group where he focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity clients. Mr. Romanowski graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of business administration in accounting and also earned his master’s degree in finance. He is licensed as a CPA in the state of Texas.
