Erwan is a Managing Director at Pickering Pacific. He is a French national. Prior to joining Pickering Pacific in 2014, Erwan worked for seven years in the mid-market M&A team of UBS in Paris. Erwan has more than 10 years of M&A experience servicing a number of clients in many different sectors including energy, TMT, consumer goods, business services, etc. Since 2014, Erwan has already completed several East Asian transactions at Pickering Pacific, such as: acquisition of healthcare business of Jebsen & Jessen in Thailand and Malaysia by Getz Healthcare, sale of the communication service division by Jebsen & Jessen, the acquisition of QB Foods by Johnsonville, deal sourcing and execution projects in the animal feed sector in Thailand and Indonesia, deal sourcing and execution projects in the plastics sector in Greater China, etc. Erwan holds a Master’s degree of corporate finance from EM Lyon business school (France) during which time he completed an M&A internship at ABN Amro in Kuala Lumpur.
