Michael Kroin Bio

As CEO and Managing Partner of Physician Growth Partners, Michael Kroin leads transaction execution for independent physician practices and groups. Michael started his career as a healthcare investment banker. He worked with specialty physician practices, positioning them for transactions to private equity, medical groups, hospitals, health systems and other strategic buyers. At PGP, Michael uses his understanding of the healthcare landscape to guide clients through each transaction. At every stage of the process, Michael’s hands-on and innovative approach gives clients the value of experience and senior leadership insight, positioning them for the best possible outcomes and helping them to achieve their goals and succession plans.
