John joined PGP in 2024, bolstering the healthcare investment banking team. As a Managing Director, John is responsible for advising PGP clients and leading the execution of transactions ranging from physician groups to healthcare services organizations. For over a decade, John has been advising healthcare groups in transactions with private equity and strategic acquirers in a variety of sectors including physician practice management, healthcare facilities, and related ancillary services. He leverages ample experience and takes a white glove approach to helping healthcare providers navigate the private equity landscape. John strives to help clients exceed their goals by maximizing transaction outcomes and identifying the right strategic partner from both cultural and operational perspectives.
