Ezra leads operational consulting and transaction execution for Physician Growth Partners. Ezra began his career working at Huron Consulting Group and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company where he dealt exclusively with physician practices and health systems, providing valuation, operational consulting and transaction advisory services. His work focused on the expansion of provider service networks and service line offerings for health systems as well as their associated integration into broader networks. This experience gave him a deep knowledge of day-to-day operations of physician practices and groups. Whether it’s patient engagement strategies, geographic and service line expansion or provider recruitment, Ezra understands the essential aspects of running a healthcare business. Ezra uses his hands-on experience to help independent physician groups navigate the industry’s competitive landscape. As a managing partner at PGP, Ezra focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity consolidation and physician practice operations to help develop and implement strategies to foster growth and increase value.
