Bio

Luke joined PB&W in 2007. He now co-leads the firm’s commercial aerospace, business jet and general aviation practice with a focus on companies providing aircraft component and system design, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and distribution. Luke also has a depth of experience in the defense and space technology and industrials market sectors. Luke is responsible for the origination, management and execution of strategic transactions, including company sales, corporate divestitures, carve-outs and acquisitions. Clients advised by Luke range from large publicly traded corporations and founder/family-owned businesses to private equity groups. In addition to transaction advisory services, Luke has completed numerous strategic analyses, fairness opinions and corporate valuations. Through a focus on target end markets, Luke maintains relationships with a large network of key decision-makers at leading companies and private equity groups. He is a speaker at aerospace industry conferences and is a regular attendee of industry tradeshows. Luke is a longstanding member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), Helicopter Association International (HAI) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) trade associations. He is a Registered Representative with FINRA, and has obtained his Series 24, 79, and 63 licenses. Prior to joining PB&W, Luke was employed by a large multi-national brokerage firm. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.
