Mr. Mattoo is a Managing Director and early member of the Pharus team. He has advised companies globally on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and restructuring for over fifteen years. Mr. Mattoo has worked with companies in a variety of technology, media, and telecom sectors including software, technology enabled services, media, and broadcast technology. Prior to joining Pharus, Mr. Mattoo was part of the investment banking team at the New York office of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, a leading nationwide investment bank providing M&A, financial restructuring, financing and valuation services. At Houlihan Lokey Mr. Mattoo worked on financial restructuring and M&A engagements in an array of industries including telecommunications, gaming, manufacturing, financial services and real estate. In addition, Mr. Mattoo gained extensive experience at Houlihan Lokey in valuing companies in a wide variety of industries and delivering M&A related fairness opinions. Mr. Mattoo received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
