Seth Rosenfield joined CG Petsky Prunier in 2012 as a managing director in its New York City office. Seth has more than 20 years' experience in investment banking, private equity investing, and corporate operations and was, most recently, managing director at BMO Capital Markets where he led the firm’s B2B and information services coverage efforts. At CG Petsky Prunier, Seth’s investment banking coverage focuses on information services and business media, including digital media and marketing services. While at BMO, he originated nearly $2 billion of transaction value across multiple verticals, including healthcare, hospitality, financial, and real estate, among other industries. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets in 2006, Seth spent eight years at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a leading merchant bank serving the media and information industries. At VSS, Seth led buy-side and sell-side mandates across multiple media segments including transactions for Canon Communications, Hearst, Quebecor, Reader’s Digest, and The Walt Disney Company. Seth was also intimately involved with new investment platforms for the firm's private equity fund and worked closely with CEOs and management teams on add-on acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Seth began his career in operations with business management positions at Scholastic and Simon & Schuster, a division of CBS, Inc. He has an MBA and a B.S., Finance and International Business, from New York University.
