Matthew Kebel has more than 10 years of technology investment banking experience advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises. Matthew has focused on companies in the software, internet, e-commerce, digital media, healthcare, and technology-enabled services sectors. Prior to joining CG Petsky Prunier in 2018, Matthew was a technology investment banker at Teneo Capital, Pacific Crest Securities, and Morgan Keegan, where he executed sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, private capital raises, and public offerings for middle market companies. Matthew has also previously worked at J.P. Morgan and started his career at Duff & Phelps. Matthew holds a B.S. in business administration in finance and accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
