Greg Staton has nearly 10 years of investment banking experience advising a diverse set of both public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions as well as debt and equity private placements. Since joining CG Petsky Prunier in 2016, Greg has executed engagements across all of the firm’s sub-industry practice areas, with particular focus on marketing and advertising technologies, software, information services, healthcare, and technology-enabled services verticals. Prior to joining CG Petsky Prunier, Greg was an investment banker at MTS Health Partners and spent time in corporate development at a Fortune 50 company, executing sell-side M&A transactions, private capital raises, and making transformational investments on behalf of public shareholders. Greg has also previously worked at Alvarez & Marsal and Grant Thornton in their economic valuation practices. Greg holds a B.S.B.A. in both finance and econometrics from Old Dominion University, and subsequently went on to receive a M.B.A. from The College of William & Mary.
