Edin Trto has nearly a decade of investment banking experience advising public and private companies on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across markets in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Since joining CG Petsky Prunier in 2013, Edin has executed mandates on behalf of clients in the technology, media, marketing, and information services industries, including substantial transactional experience with venture capital and private equity firms on portfolio exits, platform add-ons, and other investment activities. Edin also supports the firm’s deal origination efforts and its coverage expansion into emerging industry verticals. Edin began his career in New York at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions for private and mid-to-large cap public companies. Edin holds a B.A. in economics and philosophy from Vanderbilt University with a minor in financial economics.
