Clayton Young, who joined CG Petsky Prunier in 2015, brings more than a decade of experience providing M&A and growth equity transaction advisory services, with specific expertise spanning the digital and technology consulting, agency and marketing services, marketing and advertising technology, and digital media sectors. Clayton’s primary focus is originating and executing sell-side and private placement transactions. Prior to CG Petsky Prunier, Clayton was part of the founding team at DCA, a New York-based global investment banking boutique, where he completed a number of cross-border digital media, agency, and advertising technology transactions. Clayton started his career at Hovde Group, a full-service national investment bank focused exclusively on the financial services industry Clayton is a graduate of The George Washington University School of Business, where he holds a B.B.A. with a concentration in finance.
