Ms. Bass is a Managing Director of Periculum Capital Company, supporting the firm across all service areas. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2013. Prior to joining Periculum, Ms. Bass was an Analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Division of Citigroup in Houston, Texas. While at Citi, Ms. Bass focused on mergers and acquisitions and participated in over $8 billion of capital markets transactions, including five initial public offerings and two inaugural high yield bond offerings. Ms. Bass is a native of Plano, Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas with a BBA in Business Honors and Finance from the McCombs School of Business.
