Kristin joined Performance Trust Capital Partners in 2015, focusing on the ongoing expansion and improvements of the company's operating platform. She oversees the Client Onboarding, Trade Management, and Trade Settlements teams. In addition, her team supports the ongoing expansion of the firm's products and platforms concerning new initiatives. Kristin expanded her role in 2023 to include the firm's compliance team, assuming the role of Chief Compliance Officer. Kristin has built a comprehensive, working knowledge of product platforms and solutions during her 20+ years in the industry. Before Performance Trust Capital Partners, she worked at HighTower Advisors, where she was Managing Director of Global Investment Solutions with a focus on trading and sales solutions for the firm. She spent her early career in fixed-income trading services, working as an intermediary in the municipal bond market before becoming a buy-side trader with ABN AMRO/LaSalle Wealth Management Group. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and is Series 7, 24, 52, 53, 63, and 99 registered.
