Bio

Karen currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Analytics, where she leads the team responsible for building content for client webinars and developing analytical solutions providing our clients with a better decision-making framework, ultimately leading to more confident decisions. She started at Performance Trust as an analyst on the sales floor in 2008 and then transitioned to the analytics team in 2012. Since then, she has been instrumental in helping evolve the Shape Management® methodology. Karen recently spent two years working for the office of the CFO at Sargent & Lundy, supporting FP&A activities including M&A, budgeting, and hedging. Before Performance Trust, she spent three years working in boutique investment banking and merchant banking at Prometheus Capital Partners and Nations Media Partners. Karen is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor's degree in finance from Colorado State University.
