Joe Regan joins the Investment Banking team with nearly twenty years of experience in financial services. Most recently, Joe served as an Associate, Vice President, and Director at Piper Sandler for seven years. During his tenure, he successfully executed 19 bank M&A transactions valued at $5.3 billion and 20 capital offerings generating $1.8 billion in gross proceeds. He has extensive experience managing transaction execution and has significantly contributed to client coverage and business development. His prior roles include Associate and Consultant positions at B. Riley Financial, BNP Paribas, and Ernst & Young LLP, where he developed his broad knowledge in risk management, operational risk, and fixed-income business management. Joe started his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, focusing heavily on equity derivatives operations. He holds an MBA from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and a BA in Psychology from Boston College. He is Series 62, 63, and 79 registered.
