Jim Crotty joins the Investment Banking team with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in software engineering before spending 16 years at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where he worked closely with financial institutions, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital management, and strategic advisory. During his tenure, he contributed to over 90 successful engagements. In 2020, he transitioned to a role as President, CEO, and Board Member at Bancorp 34, Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Under his leadership, Bancorp 34, Inc. grew from roughly $450 million to nearly $1 billion in assets, facilitated key capital raises, improved core financial metrics and orchestrated a significant bank acquisition. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and symposiums, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.
