Daryle joined Performance Trust in 2018 as Managing Director and upon PTCP's acquisition of Monroe Financial Partners, a FINRA registered broker dealer specializing in equity OTC trading and market making, Daryle assumed the role of President of Monroe Financial Partners in 2024. He brings more than 25 years of specialist experience, focusing exclusively on banks and financial services companies as well as the institutional and private equity firms that invest in the sector. Prior to joining Performance Trust, DiLascia was Head of Financial Services Capital Markets at Piper Jaffray & Co. Before that, he was Head of Investment Banking at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., where he also led the depository institutions effort. DiLascia started his career at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. serving as Co-Head of Equities. DiLascia received an MBA in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a BS in mathematics from Syracuse University. He is Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 63 registered.
