Yulia Lignier is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory Business. Based in London, Ms. Lignier is a member of the Firm’s Global Industrials team with a focus on providing strategic and financial advice to clients on Infrastructure transactions across the Energy and Transportation sectors. Ms. Lignier has over a decade of investment banking experience, having advised clients on a broad range of strategic matters including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and capital raises. Ms. Lignier advised a wide universe of clients ranging from private and public companies, as well as private equity and infrastructure funds across Europe, US and the Middle East. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2019, Ms. Lignier was part of Credit Suisse’s Energy team based in London. She was previously with HSBC in London and Dubai. Ms. Lignier received a Master’s Degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
